This is the soil every plant I sell starts with. I mix each tub in my garden from two things: my vermicompost (earthworms fed on food waste and leaves) and my soil mix. You watch it come together and take it home the same day. Or you can just ask me to prepare it in advance for faster collection. Delivery fee to the west of Singapore is $15.
Use it to start a seedling, top up a tired pot or seed a new mix. One tub (about 1L) fills a 10-12cm pot. Mix it 1:3 into old soil to bring it back to life.
What is in it: earthworm castings, springtails, beneficial microbes, leaf litter. Nothing sprayed, nothing sterilised.
What it is not: a complete fertiliser. It feeds slowly. Heavy feeders like corn and gourds still need a top-up, and I use frass and bone meal myself when they do.
Keep it moist and covered with a layer of leaves. It dries out and dies if you leave it bare.
