Chew a flower bud and your mouth buzzes like tiny fireworks - tingling, numbing, and flooding with saliva. The leaves are edible too, with a peppery kick that brightens salads and soups. Traditionally used for toothaches, today it’s the “buzz button” chefs drop into cocktails for a wild surprise.
